Drive Everything
Avants is a group of passionate gearheads who are enthusiastic about everything related to cars. Their aim is to create a community that brings together car enthusiasts from all walks of life, providing them with opportunities to connect, share experiences, and forge long-lasting friendships.
Originally based in Seattle, Avants has since expanded to Portland, Denver, and Southern California, where they host a diverse range of events including social hours, track days, and tech sessions. Alongside these events, Avants publishes a magazine that showcases the best of the automotive community through original stories and stunning photography.

Damon Jones previously worked in Manufacturing Operations Departments for MG-Rover, Aston Martin, and McLaren Automotive in England. He moved to Los Angeles in 2016 to become Director of Operations for Singer Vehicle Design who rebuilt and restored the Porsche 911.
In 2019, he founded Engineered by Damon, an Engineering Consultancy & Design Atelier based in Los Angeles. Our shared lover of Porsches and meticulous approach to our craft made this an ideal first feature.
